Having previously been my predominant focus, this clay work is vessel oriented, including functional and sculptural forms meant for both table and show. Most of the work is wood fired to high temperature, celebrating the raw clay surface in conjunction with natural wood ash and fire, along with the temperamental use of slips and glazes.

Mixed Media Collage

This specific work was first born while living just outside of Santiago, Chile. These works are mainly comprised of torn and decayed street posters (carteles) and old billboard paper, then layered along with house paint, spray paint, graffiti markers, and the occasional found object.

This collection of photographs explores time spent traveling to countries including Japan, Chile, Spain, France, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Mexico, Canada, St. Lucia, and Puerto Rico.
